The Fundraiser Photo Booth package comes with 25 props, unlimited instant printed photos, booth attendant, and custom logo on strips. You could sell ad space on the photo booth photos. Be sure to mention the photo booth in your first pitch to sponsors. The photos that are produced in our photo booths have a generous space on them for custom graphics such as the advertising of sponsor’s logos. Each printed image the guest receives will have the sponsors logo or graphic placed on it automatically. Unlike brochures, posters, and place cards; photo booth photos don’t get tossed after the event. The photos end up on fridge doors, bulletin boards, and social networking web sites. That’s a valuable advertising product with shelf life!
Sell the photos during the event by having your volunteers take some sample photos ahead of time, then ‘work the room’ showing off the cool photos and selling photo booth tickets. I use high quality Dye-Sublimation printers that will produce the images in under 15 seconds for you to enjoy. You’ve seen what happens with peer pressure during an auction. The same principle applies to selling photo booth tickets at the tables vs. a static location.
Include the photo booth rental into your ticket price and treat the photo booth rental fees the same as the other hard costs such as food, alcohol, venue, entertainment, insurance, etc and all the above initiatives will be pure profit!
The prop box includes everything from crazy hats, fun glasses, Boas, dry erase boards, and picture frames. The props are thoroughly cleaned after every use and replaced if they are torn or broken. Draper Booth does accept requests for certain props to be used and of course you are welcome to bring your own.
There will be a booth attendant present throughout your event with the Fundraiser Photo Booth Package to help with guest questions and any technical difficulties that may arise. Draper Booth is guaranteed to be operational 80% or more of the scheduled time or your rate will be pro-rated for down time.
A custom logo and background image can be added to the photo strips for your event. If you have a image that you want placed you can provide one or Draper Booth can create one for you
The Social Photo Booth is perfect for fund raisers, corporate events, and parties where you want to share the photo strips to social media sites like Facebook™ or Twitter™. Photo strips can also be emailed to clients or guests personal email account to view and print later.More
